Exhibition- Shared Intelligence: American Painting and the Photograph

Is using a photograph as a reference for a painting "cheating?" Is photography just a shortcut? This exhibit at the Georgia O'Keefe Museum is trying to show viewers how painting and photograph help enhance each other.

The exhibit, of course, shows Georgia's work. But it also includes several pieces from Georgia's contemporaries.

Exhibit ends September 11, 2011. Check out the video above for a glimpse!
